- A comment must relate to the topic of the material and be written respectfully.
- Insults to peoples, religions and individuals, and calls for enmity and violence are prohibited.
- Advertising, spam, links to malicious resources and the publication of other people's personal data are prohibited.
3. Moderation
- The editorial team checks materials for compliance with the regulations and principles of the portal.
- A violation results in the material being hidden; repeated violations result in restrictions on publications.
- A moderator's decision may be contested by writing to the editorial team and indicating the material.
4. Correction of errors
- Any reader may report an inaccuracy, attaching the material.
- Confirmed corrections are entered into the text with a note of the date of change.
- Contested historical questions are presented with different points of view indicated.
